Dr. Synne M. Baker
Mental Health Clinician Dr. Synne M. Baker was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She completed her bachelors degree in 2011 from Clark Atlanta University, where she majored in Psychology. She completed her masters degree in 2013; receiving an M.Ed. in School Psychology and Counseling Services from Howard University. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Washington, D.C. Dr. Baker completed her pre-doctoral internship training at the Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services in 2019; an APA accredited internship program in Los Angeles, CA. Her previous clinical experiences span from college counseling centers, private practice, prison, inpatient facilities, and community centers. Dr. Baker’s Clinical interests include: severe and persistent mental illness, forensics, advocacy, diversity & multiculturalism, intersectionality, and racial and ethnic disparities in diagnosis and treatment. |
Latreasa Nolen
Social Skills Program Director Latreasa Nolen is a Compton native and with a passion to change her community . She spent 10 years assisting youth with special needs throughout Los Angeles county. Latreasha received her masters in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, and became Board Certified Behavior Analysis in 2021. Latreasha also teaches youth and teens with Autism to stay fit, healthy and motivated. She believes that challenges make life interesting, but overcoming those challenges makes life meaningful. She is determined to open as many doors as possible for individuals with special needs. |
Latiece Jackson
Academic Director Latiece Jackson born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. She received her bachelors degree at Cal State Los Angeles where she majored in business and minored in Education. Latiece completed her masters degree in 2018 in special education. She has been educating children and young adults for over 10 years and presently works as a educator and tutor. The love of education and dedication to under privileged children makes her great at her job. |

Taunishia Cruz
BCBA/Regional Clinical Director
Taunishia Cruz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with expertise in helping individuals with physical and developmental disabilities develop essential life skills. She is the Regional Clinical Director for Dior Sunset Foundation in South Los Angeles. Taunishia leverages her knowledge to teach functional communication, develop appropriate replacement behaviors for maladaptive behaviors, promote social skill development, improve self-help and daily living skills, and build skills required for learning. With more than a decade of experience in the educational field and with the Special Needs community, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our Team and families, alike.

Sierra Massey
Office Assistant
Sierra Massey was born and raised in South Los Angeles. She is a mother, traditional birthkeeper, primary student midwife, and community advocate. She has worked with several organizations and schools such as: Parenting For Liberation, The Educated Birth, LA County AAIMM Project, Frontline Doulas, California State University Fullerton, Wombs of Wata, & The Birthing People Foundation. She is passionate about providing access to traditional midwifery care, creating healing spaces for Black and Indigenous families to thrive, and educating her community within the realm of holistic health and wellness.
